This week leading up to the Breast Cancer Awareness Games we will be sharing more information about the two names that are represented on the back on the jersey. Today we start with Ami who we will be honoring one week from today on November 30th during both games. 

The Webster family joined the Spacemen family billeting goalie, Brendan Kusbel in 2023. Without hesitation, when Kusbel resigned for Space this season, they welcomed him in their home for another year in Space! In late August, Ami was diagnosed with breast cancer, which led to a bilateral mastectomy. Despite initially thinking she was on the road to recovery, She recently learned that she would need to undergo chemotherapy starting in mid-November.

Ami is feeling empowered and ready to fight. She is committed to kicking cancer’s butt and coming out stronger on the other side! The Spacemen organization is proud to recognize Ami and the Webster family on the Saturday November 30th games.
