We have been visiting Pagosa Springs Colorado for 30 years.  Our favorite coffee shop is Root House Coffee in downtown on the San Juan River.  They recently shared their sausage ball recipe.  Must Make!  Recipe below -3 C Bisquick -1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper -1/4 tsp Cayenne -1/2 tsp Mustard Powder -1/2 tsp Salt -1/4 tsp Pepper Mix all this in a big bowl -16oz Cheddar of your choice -1lb Hot Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage -Mix this all up and add water as needed, 1/4-1/2 Cup -Make into 2 inch size balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper  -350 degree oven for about 25 minutes -Brush with garlic butter and serve -Store in fridge, reheat in microwave or oven #sausageballs #roothouse #holidayrecipes #colorado #3piecesofpecan
