When I was 12 years old I stopped eating red meat. My parents thought it was a “phase” but for the following 26 years after I didn’t touch it at all. As many of you know over the past two years I’ve been on my new health and wellness journey in an attempt to grow my hair back. I’ve never been so in tune with my body or felt better but I noticed over the past few months more and more the smell of red meat was enticing. Well the boys finally convinced me that I was missing out and wow were they right!! Welcome me back to the carnivore world! 🥩 #redmeat #carnivore #meatlover #steak #steakdinner
