Functional fitness targets movement patterns, instead of muscle groups. It's designed to mimic real-life movements for overall health and wellness. From maintaining to rehabilitation to longevity, these movements are what is common in our day-to-day lives without even realizing it.

Monday-Friday at 4:15pm!
