Pear French 75 
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. pear nectar
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Ground cinnamon
- La Marca Prosecco

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, pear nectar, freshly squeezed lemon juice and ground cinnamon. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco.
