Maybe red is my new color and I just lean hard into the ginger life 👨🏻‍🦰 
Busting out the new CXT2-Elite crimsons and taking a little break from moving to get a basic garage gym workout in.
Life is chaotic right now, but you can always find the time and you’ll be happy you did.
Here’s a nice little minimal equipment workout to try!
For time:
50 cal machine.
50 snatch (KB or DB)
50 cal machine. 

I used a KB and rowed. Simple, quick, and potent. Go grab a pair of tyrsport CXT2 Elites for easy giddy up!
