The holiday season is hard for so many of us - whether you have an unused "baby's first Thanksgiving" onesie, or you had the *perfect* pregnancy reveal in mind with your family that you've had to scrap, or you’re entering this chapter without someone by your side, or a thousand other reasons... it's tough, but we are here to tell you:

🩷YOU ARE NOT ALONE 🩷

It’s the perfect reminder that you never, ever know what somebody else is going through or struggling with – and the perfect opportunity to extend love and grace to those who just aren’t themselves over the coming weeks. 

This is the “unofficial start” of the holiday season, and it brings out memories and hopes, and can make feelings of sadness and isolation more intense. Social media posts, holiday cards in the mail, even just family gatherings are often just another reminder that you may not have what you dreamed of.
