We are beyond grateful to our incredible team who worked tirelessly to prepare, package, and distribute Thanksgiving meals to all three locations. The countless hours they put in—arriving early, staying late, and giving their all—made this holiday possible.

To everyone who ordered—over 900 of you!—your support means everything to us. It’s because of you that we’re able to keep smoking through the winter months. Seeing so many of you at pickup was truly a highlight of the day. Thank you for waiting in the long lines and for making us part of your celebration—we appreciate you!

This year, we were also honored to be able to give back by sponsoring meals to isolated seniors, families in need sent to us by the Youth & Advocacy Office at the City of Evanston, and members of our community who rely on our 24/7 fridge. Serving our community in this way is at the heart of what we do.

Here’s a snapshot of what went into this Thanksgiving:

🥔 1,400 lbs of garlic mashed potatoes

🥣 27 gallons of gravy
🥧 292 bangbangpie
