Meet our Member of the Month, Keith Carden! 🏆 Each month, we celebrate a standout member of the PCFL community, and this month, we’re excited to spotlight Keith for his dedication, passion, and leadership in shaping the next generation of athletes.

Keith is the Head Coach of Athletics Mercado Carden/Hull 18U and the Varsity Head Coach for Del Norte High School softball. His coaching journey includes helping Del Norte reach the CIF San Diego and CA Open Division finals and leading his Athletics Mercado team to qualify for the Alliance Nationals. Keith’s commitment to fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment has made a lasting impact on his players.

With a focus on discipline, accountability, and resilience, Keith emphasizes hard work and a team-first mentality, ensuring his athletes develop both on and off the field. Training includes strength work at WayALife, hitting sessions at Upper Deck, and live-game scenarios that prepare players for any challenge.

One of the season’s highlights? Securing their spot at the Alliance Nationals at The Whole Enchilada-Qualifier! Keith and his team continue to aim high, with goals of a deep Nationals run and supporting athletes in their journey to play at the collegiate level.
