Developing self-discipline is a form of self-care because it helps you prioritize your own needs, values, and goals. Self-discipline is not about denying yourself pleasure or forcing yourself to do things you don’t want to do. It’s about making choices that are aligned with your long-term well-being and goals. Remember It’s not about how you feel before, it’s about how you feel after.

What wellness means to me:
