We’ve been through Arizona a handful of times on road trips and visits. On our bucket list still is the Saguaro National Park! We would love to see the cactus and desert! 

Where else in Arizona should we explore and visit one day?!

Tip: It’s important to do your research to make sure that you have a successful and safe trip. Although I went on this trip, unguided, a tip I was given was to go down to the launch and wait for tours to come by and head out at the same time they do. I did this, so I wasn’t completely alone. I have done this journey multiple times as well so I knew my way. There was a tour ahead of me and a tour behind me. With every adventure, it’s important you have the resources, such as apps to check weather, conditions and maps.

There are other ways to see Antelope Canyon through tours but this is the only way you can adventure them with your pup. You’ll be in the Glen Canyon National Park and on Lake Powell. You won’t be able to take your dog with you on the tours which are owned, you will be on the section that is on the Glen Canyon National Park.
