not only does this apply to athletes, but i resonate so much with this being a mommy too. sometimes we are so hard on ourselves to be “perfect” whether it’s on or off the field and we need to remind ourselves to give ourselves a little grace from time to time. being an athlete is hard, being a parent is hard. i wouldn’t trade my time as either one for the world though😊🤍
