🤸🏼‍♂️Hey Parents! Tribe KIDS Holiday Session starts the week of December 15!
TribeKIDS™ involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift. TribeKIDS™ workouts incorporate fun athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges.
🗓️ Pick One 50 Minute Workout Per Week for 4 Weeks:
Thursdays at 3:30 pm OR Saturdays at 8:00 am
