Get ready to crush your fitness goals! 💪🔥 Our 8-week Start to Fitness program — exclusively for faculty and staff — is here to help you level up with personalized training from certified trainers. Team up with three co-workers for a fun, friendly competition! Earn points for showing up, hitting goals, and extra workouts! 

Sessions start January 27 and run through March 27. Meet twice a week (16 sessions total) on either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
