BBQ Black Bear 🐻 My bro 406_bbq in round me some black bear from Montana. I’ve had it before, prepared by him in “bear-ria” which is his birria using bear meat. I’ve had it twice and it’s stupid good. BUT, I had never cooked it myself and wanted to really experience all the flavor bear has to offer so I kept it simple. The best way I can describe the flavor is like sweet beef or beef with a slightly lamb-like flavor. I dunno how to describe it but it was bomb and I’d definitely cook it again 💯
