The clothes you should bring for preparation day (or p-day) are typically pretty similar to the ones you use during your morning workout. Usually this list look something like:
- 2-3 pairs of joggers
- 2-3 shorts that cover your garments
- 5-6 t-shirts
- 1-2 sweatshirts/hoodies
A couple things that we recommend for p-day specifically are:
- 2 pairs of jeans (no holes)
- easy, smaller bag to throw on to run to the store
- 1-2 pairs of "comfort shoes", not necessarily comfortable, but for emotional comfort (your favorite pair of shoes from home!!)
- easy dress for grocery runs between p-day fun and games

P-day is fun and always busy! Be comfortable, relax, enjoy the day! If you're too exhausted at night to write in your journal, make sure to write a quick summary of your week at least once a week. You think you won't, but you WILL forget!

You've got this!!
