A proposed 14,584-square-foot residence on a 28-acre slice of the former Sandelie Golf Course in West Linn has all the qualities of a high-end resort: a rooftop lounge and driving range, glass breezeways to luxury suites and cocktail bars, and uninterrupted tree-ladened views.

Michael Barclay of Barlcay Home Design has created plans for the contemporary mansion to be built by Gerald Rowlett’s Westlake Development Group. The asking price is $12,950,804.
