## Caption

This year's early signing period was moved up three weeks to get ahead of transfer portal activity. It closes on Friday, Dec. 6. The traditional signing period begins Feb. 5 and concludes April 1. The transfer portal is live from Dec. 9-28. High school seniors now sign what is essentially a financial agreement that spells out athletic aid and potential revenue sharing plans rather than a National Letter of Intent.

Once they sign the document, other college programs are not allowed to make contact.
