[#FacesofBCCampusMin]: Meet the students of the Pause & Pray Retreats Council! These dedicated individuals are the hearts behind planning and facilitating Pause & Pray’s weekly “retreat moments” held on Monday evenings. 

Pause & Pray isn’t just a program, it’s a community for reflection, spiritual growth, and the exploration of faith. The council members shared their powerful experiences, as both participants and facilitators, demonstrating how unifying love and faith can be regardless of tradition or belief. They also expressed their gratitude for the invitation to step away from normal rhythms of life and reflect together each week. This community has been a space that has grounded and supported each of them every week and deepened their exploration of their spiritual lives.

Here’s some advice they’d love to share: “Don’t hesitate to get involved with a Campus Ministry program—these spaces welcome you as you are! You’re invited to make them your own and show up as your authentic self.”
