​Wildlife cinematographer Kalyan Varma (kalyanvarma) shares his experience filming DisneyNature #Tiger, one of the most challenging projects of his career. While tigers may be relatively easy to find, capturing meaningful behaviors—especially of the adults—required extraordinary patience, perseverance, and precision.​

Kalyan spent over 300 days tracking and filming through sweltering Indian summers and even COVID lockdowns, contributing pivotal moments to this remarkable documentary. RED's #HELIUM8K camera became an essential tool in his journey, delivering breathtaking imagery that brought the story of these majestic predators to life.​
