Oil and chemical companies who created ‘The Alliance to END Plastic Waste’ have produced 1,000x MORE NEW PLASTIC in five years than the waste they cleaned up, according to a Greenpeace Unearthed investigation.⁣
⁣⁣
Faulty recycling schemes like these barely make a dent in the mountain of waste these companies produce. It’s hard to imagine a clearer example of greenwashing 🤡⁣⁣
