#ad I always look forward to the cozy recipes and warmth that this time of the year offers. Our entire family looks forward to this sausage spinach soup. Seriously, it’s one of those recipes I know every single person will want more of, and it’s made even more magical with New Limited-Edition barillaus Snowfall Pasta. I love how such a simple detail can have such a big impact. I fully believe that some of our most memorable moments happen right at the dinner table, and I love how much the kids enjoyed these fun snowflake pasta shapes. It’s one of those special details I know they’ll bring up for months to come. SAVE this post with the recipe below.

Snowfall Soup:

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 box Barilla Snowfall Pasta
- 1lb ground sweet or spicy sausage (If you can only find links, remove casing before cooking)
- 24ox jar or marinara or pasta sauce
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 can white/cannellini beans, drained and rinsed-1 box of frozen chopped spinach
- 4 large carrots, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves of minced garlic-1 medium yellow onion, diced (about 1 cup)

PREP
1.      Cook sausage as you normally would. Break apart into ground chunks.
2.      Add all remining ingredients to slow cooker.
3.      Cook on low for 8 hours.
4.      Boil Barilla Snowfall pasta, drain, add to soup.
5.      Serve and ENJOY!
