⏪ TrackTown 2024 Rewind

The Prefontaine Classic is where the world’s best athletes come to shine, and the 2024 edition was no exception. As a living memorial to Steve Prefontaine’s everlasting legacy, this meet continues to define excellence and tradition in track and field.

The 49th Pre Classic delivered unforgettable performances: a world record in the women’s 10,000 meters, a U20 world record in the 5,000m, and seven world-leading marks. These incredible moments helped the meet achieve the highest single-day score in worldathletics history, cementing its status as the premier track and field event in the U.S. 🇺🇸

Half a century of greatness leads to the historic 50th edition in 2025.
