Best picture of mine for the definition of winter for me❄️

Chocolate cakes
1 stick + 5tbsp unsalted butter plus more for pan
1.5 cups granulated sugar (the recipe calls for 2 cups brown sugar originally)
5 large eggs
3/4 cup cacao
1 tbsp espresso 
3/4 cup hot water
6 oz dark chocolate 
8 oz sour cream or plain yogurt 
1 + 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350°F Butter a bundt cake pan, and set aside.
Sift cocoa powder, into a medium bowl, add dark chocolate, espresso, and boiling water, and whisk until the cocoa is completely dissolved. After 5 min. add sour cream and whisk to combine. Set aside to cool.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and beat on medium speed for 5 more minutes, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary. Add the eggs, one at a time, making sure each one is fully incorporated before adding the next. With the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture in three batches, alternating with the cocoa mixture. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in the center of it comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pans for a few minutes, then take out and leave.
