If it’s red and green it counts as a holiday recipe, right? 😂 But for real, this 15 minute pesto flatbread makes the perfect holiday appetizer! It’s only takes a couple minutes to make so you can spend more time with friends and less time in the kitchen! 🙌 Here’s the recipe 👇

Ingredients
1 flatbread (roughly 5 x 10 inches)
1/4 cup prepared pesto
4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread the pesto on the flatbread and top with mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
For a crispier crust, bake the flatbread directly on the oven rack. I recommend placing a baking sheet on the rack below, to catch any cheese that may fall off.
