proxichicago has recently revealed their newest Chef’s Menu meal, A Night in Bangkok. Proxi is located in West Loop and was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand! 
👨‍🍳Chef Andrew Zimmerman & Chef de Cuisine Jennifer Kim curated a shared-style menu through Central Thailand, full of fresh herbs, lemongrass, lime, and chili!
