Trying the newest kid on the block pizz.amici, which is from the same owners as kimsunclepizza in Westmont and the much missed pizzachickenicecream 

They take reservations on OpenTable and new resys open up a 30 days in advance on a rolling basis. They are pretty tight on bookings right now, but they do offer pick-up on Toast too.
