As our new Executive Director, you’ll be responsible for guiding our organization, inspiring action, and amplifying our mission in communities across the country. If you have a proven track record in leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to social change, we want you to join us.

What we’re looking for:
🌟 Passion for civil rights, social justice, and the arts
🌟 5+ years in Executive Director or similar leadership roles
🌟 Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and project management skills
🌟 Ability to lead, manage priorities under tight deadlines, and represent March On professionally
🌟 Proficiency in marketing/design software & donor databases (preferred)
🌟 Strong track record in fundraising
