1) Former Pullman resident and @wsucougarxctf volunteer coach @ktnago13 added a world championship to her Olympic gold medal by winning the pole vault at 15-11 (4.85m);

2) In the first of two semifinal races at 1500m, @joshhkerr of @britishathletics and the Seattle based @brooksbeaststc won his heat in 3:36.92, while @johnny.gregorek was eighth in 3:37.55;

:
3) In the other 1500m semi, former @uwtrack standout and Olympian @samueltanner_ was also eighth in 3:36.92;

4) Former Renton resident @devonallen13 was second in the semifinals of the 110 hurdles in a wind aided  13.09. Unfortunately, he was charged with a false start in the finals.
