1) @joshhkerr of @britishathletics and the @brooksbeaststc won heat 3 of the mens 1500 meters in 3:38.94, while former @uwtrack standout @samueltanner_ was fifth in 3:39.33.

2) in the previous heat, @johnny.gregorek, who is being coached remotely by Husky mens coach Andy Powell, got sixth in 3:35.65.

3) Former Renton resident @devonallen13 made it look easy in winning his heat of the 110 hurdles in 13.47;

4) It was a tough go for Federal Way native @jhurdles as he gamely tried to run in his heat of the 400 hurdles despite a taped up knee to support his meniscus, but had to stop after two hurdles.
