Heidi Shumack (SOPAC) shone in the Girls 15yrs 100m Backstroke, claiming Gold in 1:02.77 to secure Female Swim of the Day! 🏅 Heidi also delivered a stellar 200m IM (2:16.56). Congrats Heidi and Coach James Greathead! 💪✨
