Another photo I retouched from the 1999 @usatf cross country championships is this one of @shayne_culpepper .

Once again, I used @photoshop to restore some of the colors that the scanning process didn’t pick up, as well as fixed the dust particles that were on the negatives. It’s amazing what happens to film negatives over the course of time (in this case, 21 years!).
