Mt. Spokane HS grad @runnin_dressel finished seventh in the NCAA cross country championships, running 30:53 over the wet and muddy course.

I've had the privilege of following his career dating back to the 2015 @worldathletics Cross Country Championships in Guiyang, China when he was on the @usatf junior team.
