Today’s @IBEW103 & @necaboston #HeroesAmongUs are officers Josue Cruz, Luis Delgado and Francisco Luna. These Springfield police officers were alerted to a three-month-old baby who stopped breathing, and they  performed CPR for over three minutes until the baby regained consciousness.
