We are at a pivotal time in North American soccer history. Across MLS, NWSL, and USL, clubs are sprouting out and making their debuts in these leagues with a fresh hunger for success. Today, we’re happy to announce we’ll be releasing our first 1-on-1 podcast series: Origins. In this five-episode series, we’ll be catching up with players, owners, and fans of these teams in the midst of a momentous 2022. Through our uncut conversations, join us to discover the hidden stories behind these clubs, straight from those who are forging history.

Up first, we have @superhughman, captain of the newly established USL club @montereybayfc. From being a captain for the first time to helping the squad navigate the hiccups of a first-year club, Hugh has had his hands full this year. Click the link in bio to listen now on Spotify.
