At our house, the key ingredients to any festivity are: ice-cold brews, friendly competition, and enjoying time together and being better. This week’s Midweek Medals recipients must have gotten the memo, celebrating the holidays in a way that’s special to them. 

First off we have Ohio ambassador, @the_real_phenom, who doesn’t let the holidays stop him from his key ingredient: consistency. He recently lifted a total of 1,047 pounds through squat, bench and deadlift at his highly-anticipated weightlifting meet. Great job, Jay!
 
Also, huge congrats to two of our California ambassadors, @gabe_garcia1111 and @ashly.winchester, for taking Athletic to the other side of the planet pursuing their key ingredient for the holiday season: adventure. Gabe and Ashly were able to participate in the Snowman Race, a trail run through the Himalayas of Bhutan, considered one of the hardest races with the highest elevations in the world!

Lastly, we have Connecticut ambassador, @hunarals, decked out in Athletic at a recent ride with her key ingredient for the holidays: confidence. She was called up to the second row of the race and instead of going to the edge to “get out of the way” she stayed right in the middle. Way to grow, Hunter!
 
We are so proud of all our ambassadors chasing big goals, gathering big groups, and making big plans this holiday season!
