## Caption

The Ronald J. Turner Global Education Award recognizes that professional development is essential to educators' success. As director of extension, Dr. Turner cultivated the faculty's desire to expand our skills. He was especially supportive of international experiences. When he retired, friends and colleagues established this endowment to support such experiences.

This year's recipient is Joni Harper, field specialist in natural resources in Morgan County. Congrats, Joni!
