here’s how ally made colorado state feel like home, and her involvement across the csu community 💌

“I knew when coming from out of state and going to a bigger school, I’d want to make CSU feel a little smaller and make Fort Collins feel like a home. My first step was joining Phi Mu and discovering the wonderful chapter of Xi Beta where I’ve met some of my very best friends. I also joined Canine Companions’ collegiate chapter at CSU, collar scholars. It’s in this club that I’ve not only made great friends but I’ve also been able to foster and puppy-sit amazing and adorable future service dogs. The third key part of my involvement at CSU that has helped make this place a home is my job at the front desk of the student center. I get to answer any and all questions about CSU while having a blast with my coworkers. Having a foundational support system within Xi Beta has encouraged me to take advantage of new opportunities like studying abroad on Semester at Sea. I’m grateful to have been able to leave for one amazing experience and come back to the chapter a semester later like I was never gone. Xi Beta, you rock and LIOB”
