You know that feeling when you just have so much love for your yoga community???!?

For us, it’s a wonderfully overwhelming feeling of gratitude for yogasanctuarylv 

❤️ It’s the first studio I ever practiced yoga in (outside of a gym). Ty rachael.moves for being my go-to-every class teacher there. 
❤️ It’s where I took my first yoga teacher training. Ty sherryyogalv for leading that training. 
❤️ It’s where I met my very best friends. Friends for life! 
❤️ It’s where Indigo & I first led yoga as a therapy dog team. 
❤️ It’s where I will be leading some very special workshops in 2025, so stay tuned!!! 

If traffic in our valley wasn’t as intense as it is, I would still be leading weekly classes there. But the long commute just doesn’t allow for that. 

You can take weekly classes with Indigo & I at vibeyogalv on Sundays. Or contact me for one-on-one sessions, either in person or virtually. 

After all of these years, yoga and the community still have my full ❤️
