Our Peer Parent works one-on-one with referred children and their families on personal planning for the future and establish connections with available community supports and assists families in applying for eligible benefits that can foster independence. With counseling and person-centered goal planning, we can help your family make decisions that will keep your child on the right track and stay in school.
