Our sister organization, Independent Home Care, offers a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) that may suit you. CDPAP lets YOU decide who provides the care. You can hire, train, and manage your home care staff. Benefits include greater flexibility, independence, and the ability for the recipient of care to remain in their own home. 

You choose the personal aides. Independent Home Care takes care of the payroll.
