As a defender you can find yourself in some sticky situations. In my experience, whenever Iv been caught up in a block I couldn’t get free from. Iv noticed grabbing the wrist of my opponent helps me regain control of the situation. Yes, it might a dead play for you; however its stops the offensive player from finishing you into the ground,out of bonds, or stadium walls.
