For the 3rd year, we’re excited to bring you our winter program, designed to elevate your lacrosse game both on and off the field.

Program Highlights:

4 On-Field Sessions (Practice + Filmed Scrimmages with Stat Tracking)

3 Off-Field Sessions (Dryland Training, Film Review, Chalk Talk, & College Recruitment Guidance)

🗓 Dates: January 24 – March 14, 2024

⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

📍 2 Alternating Locations: 
Trasolini Turf (Port Moody) 
Pro Caliber Performance Center (Port Coquitlam)

🔥 Divisions:
    •    Girls U13 (Grad 2030–2031)
    •    Boys High School (Grad 2025–2027)

Limited Spots: 36 players + 4 goalies per division.
