We are honored to have mentored multiple business owners through The Lab at ConnCORP Academy, an 8-month program designed to help small businesses thrive by providing knowledge and skills in accounting, budgeting, human resources management, sales, marketing, communications, web design, supply chain, business law and strategy.

Our President, Jack Ebert, specifically worked with Threads by Tea in 2024. Launched by Tea Montgomery, Threads by Tea offers bespoke wearable art (apparel and accessories) that's handcrafted with the mission to inspire and empower.

Our Creative Director, Katharina Buczek, had the pleasure of mentoring Hey Gul by Kennedy & Kendall. Launched by DaMara Altman, Hey Gul isn't just about selling stylish hair accessories. Inspired by her two daughters, DaMara has set out to make every girl feel special as she adorns her naturally-beautiful tresses, no matter her hair type.

About Hey Gul by Kennedy & Kendall: "Our vision is to create a community of girls who are passionate about embracing their uniqueness and each other's differences and cultivating memories and experiences. To achieve this, Hey Gul designs hair accessories collections that are hair texture inclusive and also hosts diverse and inclusive workshops and events for young girls to suport the celebration of all women."
