## Caption

These are basically chocolate chip cookies with oatmeal and cherries added in 🍒🍫 so gooey and delicious! Also if you dislike oatmeal raisin cookies…please let me know why. I’m perplexed.

I used fresh cherries but you can use dried cherries or frozen ones instead. Just thaw them and pat them dry before adding to the dough. 

They’re 100% vegan thanks to a flax egg that replaces regular eggs (this helps bind the dough and gives them a chewier texture).
