2020 GAME PREVIEW 

Army Black Knights @ Cincinnati Bearcats

September 26th, 2020

OFFENSE:
The Black Knights run the triple option, so it’ll be interesting to see how we defend it. 

QBs: 
Jabari Laws takes over this year and will make an impact. Laws ran for 484 yards and 4 touchdowns last year. The Black Knights also have a few more options at the QB position. Christian Anderson will see the field as well as he produced similar numbers to Laws last year.

RBs:
Fullback Sandon McCoy will helped take over the lost production at the position. McCoy rushed for 10 touchdowns last year and should do the same this year, if not more. On the outside, Artice Hobbs is the guy as he will provide a big impact. 

WRs:
As you probably know, the Black Knights will rarely ever pass the ball. The two names to watch out for are Isaiah Alston and Michael Roberts. 

OL:
The O-Line loses a lot of talent, but has a few solid pieces. JB Hunter and Peyton Reeder should help smooth out the transition, and provide experience to arguably the most important unit on the team.

DEFENSE:

DL: 
The defensive line will do its job as potential stars Kwabena Bonsu and Edriece Patterson returns. Those two should really help defend the bearcats’ ultra deep running back core. There’s some talent to be replaced too, though. 

LBs:
Arik Smith will be an absolute star, and anchor in the linebacking core. Jeremiah Lowery returns as another big time play maker and defensive asset. These guys will do their job and be a stronger point in the defense.

DBs:
Safety Cedrick Cunningham returns as the stud of the secondary. Senior Javhari Bourdeau returns at corner and will help replace a lot of lost talent. This is a young DB core, and should match up some what well against our WR core.

Game predictions:
Army looked good in game 1 against Middle Tennessee, but our athletes and talent is on a level that isn’t close to Middle Tennessee. This game will be close in the first half, but the Bearcats will pull away in the second half and win handily. 

Score prediction:
End of 1st: 14-7 UC
End of 2nd: 21-14 UC
End of 3rd: 28-14 UC
End of 4th: 35-21 UC
