Sneak peak of a case that’s now in the provisionals stage. 

Patient’s objectives were to be able to smile confidently and chew properly (edentulous lower arch, no upper posteriors). After disassembling the old dentistry and we made vertiprep provisionals  and temporary dentures while we stabilise the periodontal disease of the remaining dentition. 

Patient is already overjoyed, can’t wait for her reaction when we go to finals!
