I know these long form videos don’t do particularly well here, but I don’t care. I loved making this video, I loved making the kimchi, I loved gifting the kimchi, and I want you all to know how approachable good kimchi making can be. You know when’s the best time to make kimchi? When it’s cold! Because kimchi is a sweat-inducing activity! :)
