MEET TEAM REBOUND

Emma graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with her Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise science in December 2023. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Growing up, Emma danced competitively, and the field of exercise rehabilitation never crossed her mind until she found herself injured and itching to get back to dance. Through rehabbing multiple injuries over the years, she found a love for the field of Kinesiology. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While obtaining her degree, Emma spent 5 years working in a variety of different rehab and fitness settings helping clients from all walks of life,  from Parkinson’s patients to the general population to athletes. Through this time, she developed a passion for movement and rehabilitation, leading her to obtain her BCAK certification after graduating. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Since graduating a year ago, Emma has continued her passion for helping people reach their goals through developing sustainable healthy exercise habits and building self efficacy! In addition, working with ICBC clients to help them return back to work, school and activities of daily living. She is also currently working towards her pre and post natal exercise specialist certification and hopes to work with expecting and new moms in 2025.
