## Caption

The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners last week allocated $4.1 million toward building a new tiny home village in Southeast Portland.

The planned shelter, which the county is calling Harrison Community Village and is located next to Harrison Park in the Montavilla neighborhood, will have 38 units, serve up to 45 adults at a time and provide wraparound services.

It is expected to open by the end of 2025, according to the county.
